External transfer
- Tickets app required: All tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app. No physical or PDF tickets exist.
- FIFA ID required: You need an active FIFA ID account using the same email address you'll use to accept the transfer.
- Ticket delivery: We'll transfer your tickets through the official FIFA portal. You'll receive an email to accept them and your tickets will appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app in the days leading up to the match.
