GAUCHO PARTY - DON SILVANO

Live an authentic Argentine countryside experience at Estancia Don Silvano, located in Exaltación de la Cruz, approximately 86 km from Buenos Aires. An ideal proposal to discover gaucho traditions, enjoy criollo gastronomy, and immerse yourself in Argentine culture and folklore.

The experience begins with a minibus ride from the hotels to the estancia, where gauchos will welcome you with traditional empanadas and wine. Throughout the day, you'll enjoy outdoor activities, carriage and horseback rides, and get an up-close look at the customs of the Argentine countryside.

At midday, a delicious lunch awaits you with asado, salads, and drinks included (red and white wine, beer, soft drinks, sparkling and still water), plus complimentary dessert and coffee. While savoring Argentine delicacies, you'll enjoy a show of folk music and dance, tango (with tango lessons and audience participation), and malambo with boleadoras.

You'll also get to enjoy traditional gaucho skills, such as the entrevero de tropillas, the carrera de sortijas, and carreras cuadreras, authentic expressions of Argentine rural culture.

In the afternoon, we'll share a traditional snack with mate cocido, pastelitos, and tortas fritas, before heading back to Buenos Aires.
